TRC GROUND FAULT PRODUCTS
TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH CORPORATION (TRC) manufactures products to protect people
and machines from leaking currents called ground faults. Electricity serves us
silently until something goes wrong, then it can be dangerous and deadly. Our
extensive line of electrical safety products ensures protection form dangerous
current leakage that can cause electrical shock and possible electrocution.
TRC's patented technologies enable you to protect people, property and
equipment.
|
|
TRC Shock Shield products are every day electrical
safety devices for use at home, the office, on construction sites or
wherever people use portable electrical equipment in wet locations.
|
|
The Shock Shield HD-PRO series provides heavy duty
ground fault protection for high current, rugged environments. Available
in 120V/30A single phase to 600V/80A three phase. With the HD-PRO Series
of ground fault interrupters you can feel safe around electrical
equipment used in wet environments.
Single and
three phase models are available for pumps, motors, welders, pressure
washers, portable conveyers, hoists, mining tools and a host of high
powered machinery. All HD-PRO models automatically reset after
interruption and restoration of power, but will trip on detection of
hazardous ground fault conditions. |

The user attachable plug is ideal for existing
equipment without GFCI protection, the male connector can be removed and
the GFCI plug easily attached to equipment’s cord. Rainproof rated, UL
listed for outdoor use. To prevent unmonitored
equipment startup, manual reset is required after GFCI trip and power
outage. Allows compliance with National Electric Code (NEC 2005) Article
590.6 for “Temporary Installations” and OSHA regulation. Available with
yellow case. Also available with a 9, 25 or 50 ft cord and a TRI-Tap
outlet. 120V/15A and 120V/20A |
|
Heavy Duty - High Power ELCI's

The in-line user attachable is ideal
for existing equipment without GFCI protection, and can be easily
attached by connecting the GFCI in series with the supply cable 9 to 10
inches from the plug end to provide GFCI protection. Rainproof rated, UL
listed for outdoor use. To prevent unmonitored
equipment startup, manual reset is required after GFCI trip and power
outage. Allows compliance with National Electric Code (NEC 2008) Article
590.6 for “Temporary Installations” and OSHA regulation. Available with
yellow or black case. 120V/20A & 240V/20A |
