Tapeswitch model 5500 CKP Control Mat is a heavy duty ribbed industrial mat designed with the Tapeswitch switching element that has several million cycle capabilty. The CKP 24X72 SQ. (2x6 ft) is 24 inches by 60 inches and weighs 3.5 pounds per square foot (42 lbs.) with a square edge in lieu of a beveled edge for setting mats side by side or using edge treatments like the AE-2 aluminum trim. The Controlmat uses 24 vac with 6 foot lead wires and is Nema 4 (IP65). Actuation force for the Tapeswitch Control mat is 22 pounds nominal. The maximum force is 1100 PSI direct static compression.
