Tapeswitch model 5500 CKP Control Mat is a heavy duty ribbed industrial mat designed with the Tapeswitch switching element that has several million cycle capabilty. The CKP 30X48 SQ. (2.5 x 4 ft) is 30 inches by 48 inches and weighs 3.5 pounds per square foot (35 lbs.) with a square edge in lieu of a beveled edge for setting mats side by side or using edge treatments like the AE-2 aluminum trim. The Controlmat uses 24 vac with 6 foot lead wires and is Nema 4 (IP65). Actuation force for the Tapeswitch Control mat is 22 pounds nominal. The maximum force is 1100 PSI direct static compression.
