VALCOR CRYOGENIC SERVICE SOLENOID VALVES

Valcor Engineering Corporation, one of the largest producers of
cryogenic solenoid valves for the aerospace industry, presents our line of
commercial cryogenic solenoid valves for your industrial application.
Valcor’s cryogenic solenoid line is broken up into two distinctive
designs. Our SV91 series employs Valcor patented shear seal design which
is a gate type design allowing optimal flow rate through the valve with
minimal turbulence.
This design offers tremendous advantage in size and power consumption
for such applications as high volume cryogenic transfer, thermal chambers,
and bleed valve.
Our second product group is our SV95 and SV97 series. These are
poppet style valves used for high cycle application. These valves
employ Valcor proprietary constant load PFA seal disk that insures bubble
tight shut off. |

Ranging in size from 3/4” to 1.5 ” in diameter, the Valcor Scientific
family of Instrumentation Valves delivers performance and durability

VALCOR PINCH VALVES

Valcor’s Pinch Valve Line is a cost-effective alternative to isolation
valves on certain applications, providing the same reliability expected
from an instrument class valve. A very high grade of silicone tubing is
used in these valves to provide the optimum in chemical compatibility and

VALCOR DIAPHRAGM ISOLATED SOLENOID VALVES
|
|
The Valcor Diaphragm Isolated Solenoid Valve line employs flexible
diaphragms or bellows that isolates the valve’s operating parts from the
fluid being handled. No metal-to-fluid contact is permitted. Because of
its construction, Valcor’s Isolated Solenoid Valves are not subject to the
major problems which often causes ordinary “wetted” solenoid valves to
fail. |

VALCOR DISPENSING/METERING PUMPS
|
|
The Valcor solenoid operated metering pumps are a positive
displacement devices in which the effects of fluid pressure, density and
viscosity are minimized, because the flow rate is almost entirely
dependent on the volume displaced by the piston during each stroke and on
the number of strokes per unit time. These pumps thus provide flow
accuracies greater than those of conventional pumps or flow valves,
especially at low flow rates, and are useful in many precision metering
and dispensing application, particularly those that either require of
tolerate pulse flow. |
